Abra Is a smaller but very balanced doe
who has become a favorite in the barn. She has been BIS several times this
year and even though she did not make the cut at Nationals, her Yearling
daughter placed 4th.
Lavender Valley Kat's Thing 1 is a mix of the best of both worlds
on her Toggenburg side she has many Grand Champions including GCH
Cherry Glen Regal Ariel 10*M, she has 9x BIS. Not to mention her
Alpine side, her sire's dam GCH Alpine-Springs Abra Kadabra 90 VEVE
has been BIS 6x and is the grand daughter of GCH Alpine Springs Black
Velvet who at 8 years appraised 90 VEEE and at 11 years appraised FS 91
EEEE. Velvet is a well-known doe in Ohio who has been best in show
10x. One of her last wins was at the ODGA Alpine Specialty. She has
competed and wone over as many as 49 animals in her breed alone.
Velvet goes back to the Treetop Acres, can-d's rom Daniel and Sunny
Slopes. Velvet has had several beautiful daughters, CH Alpine Springs
Enchantress, who finished as a 4 year old 2nd freshener and appraised
89 VVEE, her twin Alpine Springs Angel of Mine VEEV 89 and their 1/2
sister Alpine Springs Black Magic VVV 87 milking through. Enchantress,
Angel and Magic were lost prematurely. Abra's daughter Alpine Springs
Alli Kazam was the 4th place dry yearling at the 2006 Nationals. Not
to mention the sire's sire Willow Run Chevalier Rutger is out of GCH
Willow Run Armand Rishona 3*M 04-01 92 EEEE, the four time ADGA
National Champion and littermate brother to the $16,000 spotlight sale
buck, *B Willow Run Chevalier Ruffian. He was shown twice in 2005 and
was 2x GCH and BOB. Kat's Thing 1 is the best of both worlds.
